Add an agenda item
- Open the meeting and click the Agenda tab.
- Under Add an agenda item, type a Title.
- Optionally, choose an Owner from the project's directory, and write the Agenda (pre-meeting context): what the item covers, before the meeting.
- Click Add item.
The item is added at the end of the agenda with the next number, as Open.
Set an owner and due date
The add form has no due date. To set one:
- On the item, click Set owner and due date (or Change if it already has one).
- Choose the Owner and pick the Due date.
- Click Save item.
Open items appear on their owner's My Work card on the Home page, until the item is closed or the meeting is cancelled.
Edit an item
Click Edit on the item. You can change its Title, Owner, Due, Agenda (pre-meeting context), Minutes (discussion notes), Decision and Item status (Open, Closed or Carried forward). Click Save item.
Items are carried into the next meeting by calling a follow-up meeting. Setting an item to Carried forward by hand only changes its label.
Reorder items
Use the up and down arrows to the left of an item's number to move it one place. The numbers update to match.
Remove an item
- Click Remove on the item.
- Read the confirmation and click Remove item.
A removed item is gone for good, with everything minuted against it and its files. Agenda items aren't kept in the recycle bin. The items after it move up, so the numbering has no gaps.
Items carried from an earlier meeting
An item carried in by a follow-up meeting says Carried from Meeting #…, item …, linked to the earlier meeting. It shows the earlier meeting's minutes and decision as read-only blocks, above this meeting's own Minutes (discussion notes) and Decision. An item that has run several meetings shows how many with a badge such as 3 meetings running.
