Access to meetings comes from the roles people hold, at company level or on a project. In the roles screen, the area is called Meetings, with three levels.
The three levels
| Level | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Read | See meetings, their agendas, minutes, attendance, files and history, print a meeting's PDF, see templates, look in the recycle bin, and save personal views. |
| Write | Everything in Read, plus: create meetings, edit their details, change their status, add and edit agenda items and minutes, record attendance, add and delete files, call follow-up meetings, keep the project's templates, delete meetings to the recycle bin, and restore them. |
| Admin | Everything in Write, plus permanently delete meetings from the recycle bin and empty it. |

Important
By default, Superintendents can read meetings but can't run them. If your superintendents run site meetings, give them a role with Write on meetings.
What people without access see
- With no meetings access, Meetings doesn't appear in the project sidebar.
- With Read only, New meeting, Delete, Follow-Up Meeting and the editing controls aren't shown, and details are plain text.
- With Write but not Admin, Destroy and Empty the bin aren't shown in the recycle bin.
