Use the tabs and totals

The tabs across the top of the list show All meetings or one status at a time, with a count on each: Draft, Awaiting minutes, Minutes and Cancelled. Your saved views follow them.

The four totals above the list always count every meeting on the project, whatever you've filtered:

Total What it counts
Meetings Every meeting, and how many are minuted.
Awaiting minutes Meetings in Draft or Awaiting minutes. Click it to see them.
Open items Agenda items still open, and how many have been carried between meetings.
Attendance The share of invitations that were attended, counting minuted meetings only.

Type in the search box and press Enter or click Apply. Search looks at the number, title, purpose and every column currently shown. Click Clear to start again.

Filter

Status, Meeting type and Location are always in the filter row. Click one, tick the values you want, and the list updates when the menu closes.

For anything else, click + Add filter and choose from Chaired by, Chair's company, Has open items or Date. Click All filters to combine conditions with and and or.

Choose columns

Click Columns, tick the columns you want, and click Apply columns. Number and Title are always shown. Besides the defaults (Date, Type, Location, Attendance, Agenda items and Status) you can add Chaired by, Chair's company, Duration, Open items, Carried in and Purpose. Reset to the default columns puts things back. To change their order, drag a column up or down in the list, or press ↑ or ↓ on its grip.

  • Attendance shows how many attended out of how many were invited.
  • Carried in counts the items carried in from an earlier meeting.

Sort

Click a column heading to sort by it. Click again to reverse the order, and a third time to go back to the default: newest meeting first.

Tip

To keep a set of filters, columns and sort, and get it back on any project, save it as a view.
